Rules and Regulations :
As a first step towards joining GRM India, please read the Rules & Regulations carefully and understand them completely. This will help you to develop real success in GRM India, further, you have any clarification, contact your leader.
* The applicant is required to read thoroughly the terms and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of company as given below and from the website named “www.grmindia.com”. This application / agreement form is considered as an authentic and legally binding document. This contract is between the applicant (herein after referred to as PIP) and GRM India (hereinafter referred to as company).
* * If the applicant agrees to adhere to and abide by the conditions mentioned hereunder and in the website named “www.grmindia.com” he / she shall become a PIP on payment of the prescribed PIPship fee to the company by way of a crossed Pay Order / Demand Draft.
The applicant should have completed minimum 18yrs. of age and shall be competent to enter into the contract as provided in the ‘Indian Contract Act’.
The company under no circumstances will accept any payment in cash.
The company has not authorized any official, officer or PIP of the company to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the company towards the PIPship fee, or cost of products, as the case may be.
The initial payment made by the applicant is towards enrolling as an independent PIP and the same is not refundable under any circumstances. All the packages include the registration fee, the processing fee and the administrative costs.
The PIP will eligible for incentives or income only as per the volume of business done by him / her that is also subject to eligibility norm formulated by the company. The company does not assure any incentive or income to the PIP on merely account of his / her joining the company.
The company will, in no case, entertain any communication without Code ID & Password.
Any statutory charges will be deducted as per Company norm. TDS will be deducted as formulated by the Government policy.
All individual PIP should adhere Rules and Regulations formed by the organization and if any of the PIP is found guilty of not observing the same, then he / she will be terminated from the company without assigning any reason thereof.
Once a PIP is terminated, he / she can’t enter any of the GRM India Premise / meeting locations and his / her incentives / income will be stopped immediately.
The PIP shall not compel or induce or mislead any person with any false statement / promises to join the company or to purchase any product.
The company will not answerable for any promise / assurance given by any PIP to any person, unless it is in accordance with the approved business plan and terms of the company. Hence the applicant shall go through the website “www.grmindia.com” And brochures and notices issued by the company. Though these company sources, he / she will fully inform himself / herself on all these matters.
The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, product, schemes, business and policies giving prior notice through its website “www.grmindia.com” and it will be binding on all PIP's of the company.
 

Terms and conditions :
Terms and Conditions between GRM India, and Applicant in consideration of mutual terms and condemns contained herein. GRM India herein after referred to as the company and the applicant referred to as PIP agrees as follows:
 
The PIP understand that any income or incentive depends on the development of the business done by the PIP. The PIP has to have a thorough knowledge of products and business plan of the company.
The PIP shall act only on to purchase and sale the companies products as per the guideline by the company and shall at no time be considered as an employee of the company.
The PIP will not be making any exaggerated claim about the products or their performance. The product is not meant for any diagnosis of disease or specific treatment in any form. Any observation on conclusion drawn from this product must be at your own risk. The company shall not be bound by any misrepresentation made by the PIP, which fails outside the applicable business plan as maintained by it.
The PIP's has to comply with all the legal requirements for being and continuing the appointment as the PIP at any level this includes payment of taxes, duties, levies, monthly purchase of company products and maintaining fair and ethical trade practices.
The PIP's fortnightly earning together with a computerized print out and downline activity are released within 15 days of the subsequent fortnight, upon receiving the fortnightly earning statement. PIP's should check properly to ensure the accuracy of the figures within fifteen days from the receiving date after which the company reserve the right to ignore any company.
The company allows registered PIP's to sponsor people from all places from India.
There is no demotion of status in network hierarchy except for product during the cooling or subsequently discovery of any mal-practice regarding attainment of status and the consequent impact thereof in the network hierarchy.
The PIP's is free to perform independently. Acceptance of the application for PIPship does not create employer-employee relationship, agency partnership, or joint-venture between the company and PIP. The PIP does not have any right or authority to incur any debts, logos liabilities and obligations or enter into any contact on behalf of the company.
The PIP's are not allowed directly or indirectly including proxy by means in other direct sales company’s activity, which may bring negative influence to the company. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of PIPship immediately.
The PIP's shall not use the symbols, trademarks, brand names, or literature or other promotional material for any purpose other than what is specified by the company. Nor shall they be entitled to use any promotional material not approved by the company.
If the PIP's decide to discontinue his / her PIPship, PIP may submit his / her resignation at any time and for any reason upon giving 30 days written notice to the company and shall not entitled to any commission whatsoever.
Any person who for whatever reason ceases to be a PIP, shall not be re-admitted before the lapse of a minimum period of 6 calender months from the date of his / her resignation / termination.
All products of the company shall be sold at its retail price as fixed by the company. No PIP's are allowed to raise or lower the price of any product of the company. Any violation in this regard may result in suspension or termination of the PIP of the company.
The PIP's shall not repack the company’s product for further sale.
PIP's agree that the company reserves the right to vary the product range, the cost of and all or any terms and conditions required due to change in state and central Government policies, market conditions, competitions etc.
PIP's shall not introduce and / or sale any product or service not approved by the company’s network associates.
The company reserve the right to change business plan as per the policies of the company or as required by law without personal intimation to the PIP's.
All payment made by the company are by cheques only less TDS and postage as applicable correspondence / payment will be sent to the address furnished in the application, if it has not already been collected in person form the authorized personal / office of the company. Any change in address has to be intimated in writing in format prescribed by the company.
All demand draft / pay orders will be in favor of GRM India, Payable at Kolhapur.
The company reserves the right to change his PIPship if found violating the rules and regulations framed by it from time to time.
The PIP will be deemed to be bound by the terms & conditions on mere signature on this application form. The company will be responsible for non-understanding or misunderstanding of the terms and conditions.
